I grew up in the beautiful city of Nice, in the South of France, a place where classic French techniques meet the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean ingredients.

 

Today, I'm a proud father of a boy and a girl the “choice of the king” who inspired my signature 9-course fine dining experience.

 

For the past 22 years, my career has revolved around French cuisine. I’ve learned from Michelin-starred chefs, mastered traditional and modern techniques, and eventually led large-scale kitchens as an Executive Chef.

Now, I’ve stepped out from behind the pass to share the magic, the stories, and the flavour memories that shape French culinary heritage.

I’m inviting myself into your kitchen to look after you and your guests, to cook for you, inspire you, and bring an authentic taste of France into your home.
